Same-Day Available
From booking to clear ears — here's exactly what happens.
Use olive oil drops twice a day for at least 48 hours before your appointment if possible. This softens the wax and makes the process more comfortable and effective.
April introduces herself and explains the procedure. You sign a brief consent form covering the treatment and any relevant medical conditions to ensure the safest possible care.
April uses her HS-OT10G ophthalmoscope to examine your ear canal before carrying out the appropriate removal treatment — microsuction or manual extraction.
After your appointment: never use cotton buds in your ears, and avoid swimming for 48 hours. April will advise on any ongoing ear hygiene for your specific situation.
No hidden charges. No referral needed. Just professional ear care at a fair price, in your own home.
Payment by cash or cheque on the day. April will confirm the exact amount when booking depending on your location and the nature of the appointment.

A feeling of blockage, pressure, or fullness deep inside the ear.
Persistent mild pain, itching, or discomfort inside the ear canal.
Blocked ears can sometimes cause mild dizziness or balance disturbance.

Never. Cotton buds and similar objects push wax deeper into the canal, can damage the delicate skin lining, and can even perforate the eardrum — causing long-lasting or permanent damage. Always use a professional. Olive oil drops are the only safe self-help measure.
